No green veggies.
No sweet fruits.
Instead, I’m giving you chocolate.
Raw chocolate, or cacao, to be exact.
If you’ve never heard of raw chocolate before you are totally missing out.
It’s the part of your daily chocolate snack that contains the health benefits.
Except most of those ordinary chocolate bars and other sweet candies are processed loaded with sugar so they really don’t contain the health benefits anymore. Just the calories and sugar.
Raw chocolate, on the other hand, is a superfood loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
And it’s delicious in many different ways.
