Spring Cleaning… Me

I’m not sure why, but spring is always the perfect time to clean. Maybe it’s because the sunshine and warmer temperatures makes us want to be active. Whatever it is, I always get the itch to be better in spring.

Instead of spring cleaning my house this year, I decided to instead focus on myself. Because it just seems much more fun that mopping the floor.

So, I’ve been…

Getting up early on weekdays and attending my pole fitness classes in Reno.

Drinking lots of water, green juices and green smoothies. Of course, I still enjoy my cocktails. Can’t cut those out.

Consuming more vegetables and superfoods like hempseeds, chia seeds and cacao nibs.

And I’m taking my EpiCor supplements again. I wish I had been taking them a few months ago so that I wouldn’t have had to naturally cure my sinus infection. If only I could go back in time.

I like that EpiCor is an all-natural health supplement that acts like a multi-vitamin for the immune system. It helps balance the immune system to help the body maintain health. I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for balance.

EpiCor, also works to balance the immune system to protect the body from colds and flu, lethargy, weight gain, sleep problems and allergies.

EpiCor Immune Balancing Supplement

Since I’ve started spring cleaning my health, I haven’t been sick and I’ve felt great. I thought that waking up at 5:30 every morning would have me dead to the world by 2pm but that isn’t the case. I usually have energy up until 10pm when I go to bed.

If I do feel a slump coming on, I drink a green juice. It helps give me a boost because the vitamins and nutrients are absorbed into the body within 15 minutes of drinking. I might also eat a small piece of ginger dark chocolate. Can’t always be perfect.

Want to get your hands on some EpiCor to help balance your immune system and maintain wellness? Check out this list of where you can buy EpiCor or leave me a comment (I’m working on a blogger outreach campaign right now for the company and would love to have you join me).

You can also find EpiCor on Facebook and Twitter.

So, tell me… How do you spring clean your health? And are you interested in trying EpiCor?

Note…I was provided with EpiCor but I did not receive compensation for this post. All opinions and spring cleaning methods are my own.

I really needed to read this today – it’s very inspiring. I feel so lost lately, like I need a major overhaul, both physically and for my house.

I’ve been detoxing a lot this year and pretty much living off of smoothies and water. I take a handful of antioxidants and vitamins, but would like to learn more about Epicor.
