Back before I had the wanna-be makeup artist and my blog I used to scrapbook.
Now, I’m the perfect combination of lazy, busy, and tired that makes the idea of scrapbooking seem impossible.
Luckily there is a company called The Forever Moments that makes beautiful scrapbook pages with your photos to hang on the wall.
All I had to do was pick a design and a picture to go along with it (which was all done from one of my favorite Apple products). After deciding on the Perfect Mommy Moments design and a picture from our trip to Monterey, California I sent them over to The Forever Moments.
A few weeks later, they sent me back this masterpiece in the dark wood frame.
The picture of my picture isn’t great but in real life it looks fantabulous. #TrustMe
Thinking ahead for the holidays, The Forever Moments is offering my readers a 30% discount good through Friday, November 18th. Use promo code “my time as mom” (be sure to type it all lowercase with the spaces)
Some cool information about The Forever Moments:
- Every page is handmade and the names and years can be changed to whatever you want (colors can also be changed on some themes)
- The pages can be ordered with or without a frame
- Prices of pages range from $9.95 to $19.99
- If you order a military layout they donate $1.00 to Blue Star Families
All opinions, pictures, and kids are my own.

Oh it’s pretty! I will be coming back to investigate a little more when I have a minute to think about Christmas gifts! (Also, I’m glad to read your disclaimer that the kids are your own and not just little girls you thought would look cute in a picture, LOL)
I wanted to make sure no one was confused about the kids in the picture.

So pretty! I briefly considered scrapbooking but glue and I don’t go well together. Also, I’m lazy. What a fantabulous gift idea!
I do remember reading something about you and glue as a lethal combo.

I used to do the scrapbooking thing, and really enjoyed it….and then I had a kid and found that leaving my assortment of expensive, fancy papers and scissors out on the table with pictures when I was in the middle of a project was not such a hot idea. That ended my scrapbooking habit (although I do still have a storage bin full of supplies!)
I love the idea of having someone make a scrapbook-like picture for displaying on the wall. Genuis!

I would probably be really good at scrapbooking, and I have all the material I need to do it, but I’m just too damn lazy. Love that picture.

Maybe one day you will get up the will to do some beautiful scrapbooking.
I haven’t scrapped in ages either. It’s very time consuming and there’s so much digital stuff out there now too. What a very cool idea this is.

It’s difficult to scrapbook with kids around too. They seem to require a lot of attention.
I always said I would scrapbook once all my kids were in school. I guess my time has come. I’ve only done my oldest daughters and not the other 2. They probably feel a little left out.

I only have one made for my oldest.

Great idea to have your ‘perfect mommy moment’ as a framed picture.
Never in my life did I have a real scrapbook, but for a short time I had a photo album when I was about 12 years old. With real photos and I wrote descriptions, decorated and colored the pages. Does this count too?
I think I don’t have the patience to do it properly. Unless I can do it on the computer.

That absolutely counts. I had a few photo albums growing up but I never did more to them than put pictures in the album.

That is a great gift idea! I also love scrapbooking (#Shock) but haven’t had time for it lately. Those pictures seem like the perfect idea.

I scrapbooked briefly before I had my second kid. Now, I have zero time for it.

That is so darn cute! I was never a big scrapbooker – I just got too overwhelmed with it. However, I did once spend $200 at a scrapbooking store and it’s all in the bag in our basement. Love the framing – going to have to give their website a looksy.

I bet that bag looks nice in your basement collecting dust. When I send H to visit you can get it out and she will make good use of it.
How cool I am going to try that place out! I had never heard of it until today and think that’s a great idea cause I am so busy!

Very cool and you’re right, just in time for the holidays!!
P.S. I never knew your daughters’ names until this post.
