When mom is busy “working” on Monday this happens….
When mom walks into the other room to take a drink of water on Tuesday this happens….
When mom blinks on Wednesday this happens….
Clearly it takes more than one person to care for this child.
Please send your donations for the nanny fund to mytimeasmom.com
Thank you.

I hope it washed out easily. My daughter colored herself from top to bottom blue earlier this week. It was so bad not only did I have to do a full on bath, but I wrote a post about it, too. Little kids with markers, bad combination.
C @ Kid Things recently posted..Finding a Shirt to Wear
Thankfully the marker came off easy. The permanent marker she used on her fingers wasn’t quite as easy to get off but at least it was only on her fingers.

She was so proud of her “makeup”. My husband said it encouraged bad behavior to take the pictures but I couldn’t help it.

Oh my goodness. Please tell me it was washable!!!
Once chunky painted a “Hitler” mustache on himself with a sharpie…yea not cool
Kimberly recently posted..Apparently My Fortune Cookie Thinks That I Have Jesus Like Qualities
Thankfully the markers were washable.
The mustache with sharpie is not cool but it is funny, but probably only because I’m not chunky’s mom.
It always happens so fast.
Seriously.
LMAO!!! I’d tell you to just hide the markers, but my boys manage to find them no matter what. Especially the permanent ones.

You should train the dogs to bark whenever she tries to color her face.
What’s weird is that my boys have always been spastic and crazy trouble makers…but neither one has ever colored on himself. Is it a girl thing?
Jen {at} take2mommy recently posted..Parenting the Second Time Around
My oldest never colored on herself either. I’m thinking it’s just my kid’s thing. She is a handful.
I like the ideas on training the dogs. I might have to try that. Right after I train them to sit and lay down.
Blinking? What kind of mother are you? I’ll send you the latest data on the permanent adhesion eyelash surgery and pray that for the sake of your child you make the right decision.

She is a very happy kid. I just wish she could stick to eating chapstick instead of doing her makeup with markers.
So many times I’ve thought, I just need a helper. I totally feel for you. My kids love playdoh. I know some think it’s messy but I never found that to be the case. Anything that gave me an hour was like gold and worth the mess. We also went through 2 trampolines when my kids were younger, again some think they are dangerous and they can be, but my kids jumped for hours. It was the only reason dinner got on the table.
Marie@feedingfive recently posted..Jeannette
I’ve tried Playdoh but that just seems to make more of a mess than it does keep the kids entertained. Maybe I should look into a trampoline. Then the kids might start napping again.
My toddler is the same way! I think I need to start my own nanny fund!

My 2 year old does this al the frickin time. (And she also looks terribly cute with stuff on her face),
So the two of them together would be a total disaster!
Mirjam recently posted..Visions of Fall
But at least the kids would be completely entertained during the play date.
I know what you mean. It’s amazing what they can sneak out of the room even while you think you’ve got your eye on them. We have a no felt upstairs rule and yet mine manages to sneak one right out from under my nose and color his room. I should listne to that inner mom voice when they are being too quiet.
